When I tell the boys we are heading to the Art Center for some free time, they are so charged that when we arrive, they literally skip into the building.
Anyhow, the art museum tries to coordinate the children's art area with the art museums exhibits--perfecto. I am so grateful that we have an art museum that incorporates and embraces children. Not a stuffy affair at all.
On this occasion, the museum had a large "ice berg" that the children could enter wearing a headlamp, and then doodle on the wall.
My boys were made to write on walls! What a perfect fit!
I think I would entitle the above photo, "Come on, hurry, hurry, hurry. You have to see what's in here!"
Where do we get one of those bubble making contraptions? It is mucho fun.
The boys enjoyed making cardboard sculptures, with a glue gun. Eek. I mean "eek" about using a glue gun. But they both managed just fine. We took home (1) boat and (1) airplane.
The final photo is of N. thinking out how he was going to paint a giant Popsicle with a giant white refrigerator. Hmmm.
Oh, so many photos to share. Thanks for viewing them all. Adieu.
